  • The design concept of the Universal Switching Matrix TS-USM and the stand-alone instrument TS-CSP provides you with diverse capabilities for handling complex signal routing applications.The integration of system components and of standard instruments into factory-floor test equipment is facilitated by TS-CSP, thus making it an ideal partner in the design of high-performance test systems.
  • Instead of a bunch of cables running from the test fixture to your instruments and then being switched at various Relay-Boxes, Data Acquisition Boards and Power Supplies, all the DUT-signals can be routed to and from the TS-CSP. Cabling is made even simpler by using the optional connector-adaptation board TS-USMF.
  • You can let the system work as a data acquisition device as well. The TS-USM has built-in analog input and output channels. Additionally, digital I/O lines are provided for an optimum combination of flexibility, expandability, and performance. Switching the DUT power supplies can be done as well via the integrated dual-channel solid state power relays.
  • The I/O capacity of the switching matrix and I/O ports are designed for multiple DUT testing found in most electronic production lines. Even DUT-specific interfaces and test circuits can be added using the AUX-board slots to match the testing requirements.
  • Expanding the I/O capacity of your system is simply a matter of cascading additional TS-USM boards. Up to 4 TS-USM boards can be controlled by one interface. The expandable architecture of TS-CSP delivers economical and compact signal switching for complete functional test systems.
  • Standard interfaces such as the IEEE-Bus or the fast TTL-Interface board give you the flexibility to integrate the TS-CSP into PC-controlled test systems.
